Someone wasn’t sure if they wanted some of the tea I was preparing for myself. Apparently wait time affected their decision?

This was one of the shorter tea times… 3 minutes as per instructions for Peppermint Tea. Is that really long…? Lets find out.

Peppermint tea. Good day OR night!

Well, if you’re making it for “yourself”, 3 minutes infusion time is just: the time it takes you to pick up the filled cup from the water boiler area (mines in the sports lobby/entertainment room), and walking up a set of stairs to the relaxing ambience of your bedroom late night, setting the cup down, moving a tablet device or pillow aside to make space, “sitting down”, perhaps pushing another 1 or 2 things away, bringing a novel closer to you, taking 1-3 deep breaths to finally relax, one BIG exhale… and voila! Almost 3 minutes is almost up!

Don’t get too hasty. Afterall, its HOT !!!

Hello World! Your tea scents and fragrances burst to life upon opening your tea lid. Waiting for it to cool down a bit is just part of the zen of having tea. Afterall, preparing it takes a reflexive commitment to getting up and making it, next is waiting for it cool ever so slightly, and finally, sipping it with the slowest of momemtums but the greatest of patiences.

If you’re gona use something daily, get equipment you’ll be in love with daily.

Tea drinking is quite the ordeal in patience! Never let tea leaves infusion wait-times hinder you, just doing a seemingly tiny 1 minute chore will lead to several minutes passing, and your next hour can be filled with passive joy 🙂
